1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kindolio mobile application (“Kindolio”, “the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are a parent or legal guardian, you confirm that you permit your child to use the app under your supervision and responsibility. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Kindolio is an educational application designed to help children practice early reading skills through short texts, exercises, and audio content. The app:

• Generates learning content dynamically
• Uses text-to-speech for reading aloud
• Is designed for safe, child-friendly use

Kindolio is not intended to replace formal education or professional teaching.

3. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility

Kindolio is intended for use by children, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the app, the parent or guardian:

• Accepts responsibility for the child’s use of the app
• Confirms the content is appropriate for the child
• Oversees subscription and payment decisions

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Kindolio require an active subscription. Subscriptions:

• Are offered as monthly or yearly plans
• Are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Are subject to the respective store’s payment terms and policies

We do not manage billing directly and cannot issue refunds or cancellations outside of the app store platforms.

5. Free Features and Limitations

Kindolio may offer limited free access to certain features. We reserve the right to:

• Modify free features
• Introduce usage limits
• Change subscription requirements

Such changes will not affect already purchased subscriptions during their active period.

6. Content and AI Disclaimer

Kindolio uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. You acknowledge that:

• Generated content may occasionally contain grammatical inaccuracies
• Pronunciation in audio may not always be perfect
• Content is generated automatically and not manually curated

We continuously aim to improve quality but do not guarantee error-free output.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and trademarks associated with Kindolio are owned by or licensed to Tiger Softwares. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the app
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use the app for commercial purposes

Except for normal personal use as intended.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

The app must be used only for its intended educational purpose.

9. No Warranty

Kindolio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Suitability for a specific educational outcome

Use of the app is at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tiger Softwares shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for educational outcomes or learning progress
• We are not liable for interruptions or data loss

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the app
• Modify or discontinue features

At any time, without prior notice, if misuse is detected or required by law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the European Union.
